My new journey starts with Build Chest and Tris. I will probably do another round of Body Beast, but might experiment with other workouts.

Build Legs. I went up on a few moves and this felt pretty good. I want to start trying to incorporate the bar again. My chest and tris are sore from yesterday, that is always a good thing

Something that I enjoyed - replacing the first exercise in each workout with a large barbell compound movement. You concentrate on big strength gains with that first lift and then follow-up with the hypertrophy stuff for physique.

Back and bis today. I went up slightly on a couple of moves. After the workout I decided to try to work on my form with dead lifts. I used 135lbs to get the right height, but not push too hard. I took some videos. I can post them privately somewhere so you guys can critique the form. Attachments:
