I did Bulk Back. I'd post a pic but my numbers haven't really changed much lately. I've been on a low calorie diet for all of this Beast round. I've gone up in a few things along the way but I've mostly stayed even especially the past few weeks. I don't really get sore though anymore which seems strange since you guys still talk about being sore.
I want to figure out a good iPhone app for this. I downloaded Tapatalk but I couldn't get it to find the forum. Perhaps I did it wrong.
Also, our profile pics are pretty sweet so far.

I'm thinking I'll try the ProBoards app. Will want to wait to make sure we're all getting something out of the forum idea, but it looks like a decent enough app.

Bulk Arms. Went well and still adding extra credit at the end. Left forearm is really feeling good. That week break I took for the trip and getting sick actually helped me heal. I went up just a little on the bicep progressive set now that I'm not having pain as much. Hopefully this will keep up and I can get back to adding weight and strength again.
